These 'On Sale' items are in limited quantities or just one-off items, they are either the last of a batch, or run-out of a design. Sometimes they may be 'seconds' (which means they have been lightly used for demonstration purposes, but still in perfect printing condition). If they ARE 'seconds' it will be noted in the description for that particular item.
